This scholarship was set up in memory of Melissa to be given to a high school senior at Franklin County High School. In addition to the scholarship application, applicants must write an essay on the importance of seat belt safety. ***Donations can be mailed to Melissa Dawn Memorial Scholarship, 30 Highview Terrace, Rocky Mount, VA 24151 or made at any BB&T location under the name of Melissa Dawn Sink Memorial Scholarship.***
